Hello, I am Heidi, an English and preschool teacher with 26 years experience. My expertise includes music therapy for young children, instrumental lessons and managing a Minichess franchise.I came to Asia in 2017 to teach English and to show my children the differences in cultures. Over the past few years I have worked at various schools. I am also experienced in working with children that have learning disabilities and language difficulties, and even the deaf and blind children. In recent years I have specialised in music therapy and managing various Minichess clubs. Not all children develop at the same pace and every child is very special in their own way.
It is our job to nurture their ways of thinking so that they can become well equipped adults in life. I strongly believe that by giving love and attention children will be able to positively take part. My motto in life is that "A new beginning never ends". This means that every child at this school has a special role making it Our Dream School together. Together we Stand Strong.
